AQMD approved up to $60.2 million for Phase 2 on October 2, 2026, but approval of a program budget is not an open application window. Its current landing page says both household portals await relaunch. Older FAQs and the pilot portal still contain earlier incentive amounts.

Next step: Use the current landing page for relaunch announcements; existing applicants can contact the administrator. AQMD's October–December newsletter describes revised Phase 2 tiers and potential eligibility for qualifying installations from September 4, 2026, but that should not be presented as a reservation or award for an individual project.
