Level Pay estimates a monthly payment using the previous 12 months of utility usage. Available terms are 12, 24 and 36 months; the longer terms apply to accounts with arrears. Actual charges continue to matter, and overpayments/underpayments are reconciled into later calculations. The monthly amount can change. Cancelling can bring uncovered actual charges onto the next bill.
Enroll: Follow the official enrollment link to My Account, choose “Enroll in Level Pay” under Billing Options, and review the payment calculation. Continue checking usage on regular bills.
