Power Savers permits temporary thermostat adjustments during events. LADWP lists a $55 enrollment prepaid card and up to $90 annual participation incentive, based on event participation. That is not an unconditional $145 annual bill reduction. Events can raise settings up to four degrees, and customers can opt out.
Apply: Check the eligible thermostat and program terms, then use the enrollment link. With only days left in the 2026 season and a stated processing delay, do not promise a new October applicant the full seasonal reward. Verify the next season's terms when announced.
