LADWP identifies its NEM/PV/BESS interconnection program as the route for customer generation and storage. It is not itself a rebate. An article should link the utility rules and explain ownership, financing, expected production, maintenance and remaining utility charges before discussing a project estimate. Do not import an investor-owned utility's export tariff into an LADWP example.
